Watching Out for Each Other...is a necessity especially since out hunting passion is being attacked by anti-hunters and anti-hunting groups. These people are constantly creeping around the internet looking for hunting pictures to steal and to use as part of their anti-hunting campaign, misleading other non-hunters and even breaking laws for their cause.

Texas Trophy Hunters Magazine

Recently I was contacted by Jim Heffelfinger, a wildlife biologist, who was writing an article on color variations of white-tail deer for the Texas Trophy Hunters Assoc. magazine.

Jim had contacted me to ask if he could use my photos of the Melanistic Buck I shot in 2005 in Kyle, Texas.

I was pretty excited that someone wanted to use my pictures of
a deer I killed for a magazine. Of course I said, "Yes."

After receiving my copy of the Texas Trophy Hunters Assoc. Magazine I immediately thumbed over to read the article Jim had contacted me about.

The article was a very interesting reading.
